There is no rule, they can sell at any price they want, but typically they need to give a reduced price to what is being traded to get people to buy them. I've been in 3 companies in the past that have done so & it's what I saw. Far different from a standard IPO

It's just common sense, why would someone pay more for a secondary offering than they'd pay on the open market. But don't get me wrong, I expect us to make a strong push in the PPS before we see any sort of pullback. But it's also important to note, if they were to have a secondary offering at say $20/share, the average investor like you & me would never get the opportunity to buy it @ $20.. Good things are coming & in the end, it won't matter... We're going to see MEGA $$$ either way IMO
