in, "my dreams"? i know you're not calling me a liar, (even if it seems like it) so i'll try to help you. i've been getting $9.95 commissions for so long with waterhouse, that i've forgotten when they began. you need to call them, and tell them you have "friends" with waterhouse accounts that are receiving commissions at only $9.95 - and that you want them too. then you should demand a refund of your $190.07, to be credited tonight. i would do it, i would do it now, and i would not stop until i reached someone that satisfied your request.....
