Should YA decline to extend the repayment deadline, it may be they either:
A) Intend to call a default, have Neom declare BK, and subsequently auction the patents.
B) Take neom private, and IPO them at a more appropriate time when value can be realized.
It remains possible that they may extend the deadline, however, it does not look good seeing as George O'Leary stepped down from the Board last month. Yet, if by chance an extension is granted...an r/s is likely.
I STRONGLY advise iHubbers to refrain from acquiring ANY new shares.
