Doesn't matter. Saenz could give the dividend on 8/30 and it would not change anything at all. It's the record date that is important. Even with a delay, I believe that a non reporter can still honor an earlier date than present. That would mean that it is the same 144 stock that matures 365 days from 7/30. Don't hold me to that, but I am pretty confident

If I recall 7/30 is when we should received the divy. But that does not look like it is going to happen
