Somewhat agree, but I have an argument. Why would you dilute at low prices if you have financing that has been agreed on for all projects? No need to dilute if you have financing readily available, right? It just seems wierd the way UBSS is doing this I believe I agree with WTL. They are short and are holding the price down to cover and then load up before the run.
