Yes, they do have some debt but not huge one. It will be paid off. I think it doesn't matter if you trade in QB or Pinks as long as fundmentals are good price will appreciate and conversely if fundamentals are not good price won't appreciate. There are so many pink stocks run to .10-.20. So what difference does it make being on QB or Pink. None.
