I have definite proof that Nulief was never available at Blums dispensary. When I asked Kras about it on a phone conversation we had, he said he would have to check on it, but said he had an invoice showing they shipped a package of Nulief to TRTC that they were suppose to ship to Blum. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU LAUNCH A BRAND NEW PRODUCT TO TEST MARKET IN DISPENSARIES AND ALL YOU REMEMBER IS SHIPPING ONE FRICKEN PACKAGE TO TRTC THAT THEY WERE TO SEND TO BLUM. Hell everyone probably thought it was joke! And as I told Kras, it has been 3 months since the launch and this is the first you are checking up on it after I called you? I mean this was no test market, nor did they ever intend to. I am pretty sure that none of the REAL Nulief product was ever produced. This is as bad as it gets and these two bumbling idiots left a trail so wide that anybody could nail them.
Let me tell you, even though I heard about this Nulief statement from James second hand, I sent a direct message to Kras about it and even got a read receipt back showing he read it. Again I gave him ample time to reply before proceeding as I am doing. He was well aware what I was ready to do if they didn't respond to dispute this. In other words, after being confronted about it, he decided not to refute it. Why? Obviously it was true, but he doesn't want to confirm it, so he doesn't respond.
I will also tell you that Kras is running the company and has for some time. James checked out months ago, spending more time at TRTC than with NRTI. Maybe he thinks he can blame the whole thing on Kras by disappearing. As for Kras, the guy is ready for the nut house with all this going on. He went off the deep end a few times during our phone call. He was ranting and screaming about why would I want to hurt him and his family by posting what I am. He them kept screaming over and over that somebody on Ihub threatened his wife and said it like 10 times in row over and over. I told him I never saw it and it had nothing to do with me and that he should probably spend his time running the company instead of monitoring the chat boards. Let me tell you he is really worried about what is going to happen and pleaded with me to not do this. I told him I have more than enough to prove fraud and I will give you two weeks to either launch Nulief as stated or put out a PR explaining the whole situation. He did neither and James thought I was bluffing, being I had so much at stake. He was wrong, dead wrong!
This is only the tip of the iceberg, as I believe there is so much going on behind the scenes that I am sure is very unethical and illegal, given what I found out so far. James suckered me and many others in with his so called honesty and ethics that he ended up throwing out the window to screw us all. I can see why Kras is worried, since James had him do all the dirty work that links him directly to the fraud. I think the guy should be on suicide watch and sure as hell shouldn't be running the company. You see, in the end, there has been much more than just some hearsay to confirm what I already suspected.
If anyone still wants to believe they will come through with Nulief and CBD after all this, I feel really bad for them, but I will proceed to nail these two that cost me a couple hundred thousand. James and phone calls to me were all BS and lies! The guy conned me into believing him, and I will make him pay big time for that. So much for that untarnished reputation that he was so worried about. I will make sure everyone knows what they did to investors here. Cheers!
