"Enron fresh in everyones mind??" One thing that gives me a "thread of hope" thinking that no CEO is his right mind would think of being "crooked" seeing what can happen to them.

Also, in light of Caterman needing to buy those shares by 6/25. How important is it that the price goes up by then so that transaction can happen? What are the chances that PPs increases by 25th? Anyone? Thanks !
