no seems to know. Company had 3.5 Million debt they buy PayOnLine $8.5 million that's $12M. They do an offering for $24.5m dollars.. That's a Plus of $12.5M ---

Next after that initial offering in May, they authorize the O/S from 200M to 300M..(HELLO mCfLY!!!)


7/21 they do another $8.5M offering.. McFly!!!! -- no news of why, where is the money going...
