For crying out loud, just give Desi the script and have her read it in a tank top. When you hire someone, you have to know their strengths and how they can best be utilized. They didn't bring her out to CC and put her in a sexy costume. For those keeping score, the post on FB welcoming her to the company with a photo got over 100 likes, which is the most I've seen on the REDG FB page. Showcase the talent!
