In their last PR they no longer mention Nulief http://finance.yahoo.com/news/inergetics-introduces-next-generation-nutraceutical-123000049.html . All this has been done quietly without a single word from the company to explain it. This is straight out fraud in every sense of the word. They pumped Nulief for months and had the big launch event, announced it was available at Blum dispensary, and then announced a new partnership for Nulief. In the end, Nulief was never made available for sale in any dispensary and now the company is trying to sweep the brand under the rug as if it never existed. I think Mr. James & Mr. Kras should serve time for this fraud they committed. I am also trying to start a class action suit, but I have been unsuccessful in finding a law firm who is willing to take it on. I will not rest until justice is served and these two are exposed for their deceitfulness. They led us to believe they would be taking Nulief to retail after their test market in dispensaries.

Here are some quotes about Nulief in an April 28th PR from our CEO & CFO, Michael James, followed by some quotes from our president and CMO, Jim Kras:

"Nulief is at the precipice of new holistic medicine," said Mike James, CEO of Inergetics. "We are extremely proud to provide a new alternative without the harmful side effects and addictive attributes of synthetic opiates. The CBD in Nulief can help people who are experiencing discomfort caused by a range of conditions without the 'high' associated with THC found in traditional medicinal marijuana products. Nulief is a nutraceutical that takes Inergetics one step closer to realizing our vision of bringing a suite of farm to formula products to market. We are committed to expanding the Nulief brand into a portfolio of breakthrough supplements that are available in mainstream retail outlets."

Just take a look at all these PR's they put out for Nulief.

After all that, we find out they never launched the product anywhere and are now doing everything to distance themselves from the Nulief brand all together without ever making a single announcement to make investors aware of any problem or conflict. They used the Nulief brand to pump the company while they were making financing deals with the most notorious loan shark in the industry, Sason. Turns out the whole Nulief launch and CBD Initiative were nothing more than hyped BS to pump the stock.

They think they can get away with this fraud, but I won't let that happen. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the SEC, as I am doing. It doesn't take that long and the more complaints the faster they will act. I am willing to work with anyone to get a class action suit started. I no longer have private messaging on ihub, but feel free to respond to me on this public forum or sending me an email at ccowboytrader@gmail.com. I will not stop until I nail these lying scumbags who used us to play their fraudulent game. Cheers!
