North, I'm still shaking my head at the absurdity of this. It's a general patent for software automation. Every company in existence uses this. Example, all companies have data and need to backup the data nightly.- this is an automated process. All companies have scheduled software jobs. If this patent lawsuit is effective, every company in the world could be sued and anyone owning a computer! I'm going to patent breathing and sue all living creatures - rubbish!
