I believe you to be inaccurate in your_statement.-wrong

At no time did Bayport promise to have a Form 10 by the end of 2013.

On 22-Oct-2013 BAYP issued a PR pump containing the following:

We would like to also update our shareholders on the progress of the Audit and Form 10 completion.?In the last several weeks we have been working towards SEC Fully Reporting Status and OTC:QB up listing.?It is our understanding that the process is going well, and we expect to achieve Fully Reporting Status before the end of the 4th quarter.?

They may have not used the word "promise" (e.g. semantics), but they had no problem providing the capital letters to "Fully Reporting Status", with those high pump expectations. And yes, before the end of 4th Q is before the end of 2013.

Hilarious is how the clowns who wrote the PR pump inserted "?"s as if that's suppose to give them wiggle room later on, when nothing happened.

They did attempt to have their financials audited by that time

No they didn't. It never happened. SHs get what they see... nothing.

however it appears from further announcements, that they decided to use 2013 and 2014 as the years to be audited

No that doesn't fly either. If they had any intent on submitting by the end of 2013, then they could've audited 2012,2013, and filed in 2014. Another occurrence that never happened. And so we arrive at the game previously played...

One is approaching 8 months into 2015. And it doesn't take a company 8 months in to prepare an audit on the previous year. In the real oil world 10Ks with the audit of the previous year are ready to go in Feb. Come Jan 2016 the mythical 2013 audit falls off the cliff, and then a 2015 audit is required. Shall we expect the 2015 audit will take another 13 months to prepare? What's that... it's taking extra time due to the oil reserve report? Well, did you ever find a PR that announced the hiring of a petrol engineering firm to prepare the report? Another one of those, it never happened.

As to not now or in 10 days or ever????? Wrong again.

Except, I've yet to be proven wrong about the PR pumps concerning the mythical audit, and Form 10. Unlike the opposing position of something was coming in "10 days", a couple of months ago.
