NEWS! I posted to Potnetwork's FB page earlier today and they responded! Here is my post and their reply. It is on their main page so is public and not a "private reply".

From Me: I sure hope the company is seriously working on audited financials. Truly, having audited financials that show the unaudited ones are on track will move the pps upward and allow all of this other great news to actually affect pps...IMO getting audited financials and updated share structure (with more buyback/retirement of shares) is the only thing that will truly move the stock and get it uplisted.

Potnetwork.com: We agree. As you know PotNetwork has taken multiple steps to improve the structure, perception and increase shareholder value of the company. The audit is being done, they are going over two years of financial records in order to qualify as a fully reporting company. Due to the high liability the auditor takes on for a small publicly held company, they are going over the financials with a fine tooth comb.
