I think the issue of necessity with Medical "NASA" cleanliness comes under Liabilities. Your right , HC regulations do dictate. But can you imagine the variables that are needed to be controlled for a standardized pharmaceutical product. And Due Diligence, Tweed does not want a recall cause some one with a cough handled an entire batch of Leonidas. I think if we are gonna call it Medical, and and have Doctors and insurance companies on our side, we should give it the Medical treatment. It used to be that Medical was considered lower grade to recreational. Tweed is destroying that Myth.
