Seems legal agreements are next?

I would take the financing agreement that everything is square there. Now they await final legal signatures on overall T's and C's of agreement? Seems that might be easier than agreeing to the actual financing? Lawyers do like to read every word with a fine tooth comb so a little bit extra delay seems normal.

Which JV or project do you all think will be announced first, or would you expect some to be bundled within same PR? I hope that they will finalize and announce these deals in repeated single fire fashion one after another on differing days.
