BGFV down over 20% Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.15 per share, excluding non-recurring items, in-line with the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of $0.15; revenues rose 4.0% year/year to $240.4 mln vs the $242.83 mln consensus. Same store sales increased 1.7% for the second quarter of fiscal 2015. Co issues downside guidance for Q3, sees EPS of $0.28-0.34 vs. $0.37 Capital IQ Consensus Estimate. Company expects same store sales to increase in the low single-digit range.
