Great article ,was reading it yesterday.

Dont think vtg is going to buy back stock
Two reasons.

If they buy stock they are also benefiting Su ,dont think they want to do that.If he is out of the way and someday he is going to be ,we might see that. But the share price could be back to a dollar already

There main focus is one retiring debt.
As you can see by the latest sec filling.
Tender offer to buy back senior notes.

This thing is ready to explode

three reasons why stock tanked

1 oil prices
2 chapter 11 from HERO -->Vantage is in another ball park
3 Huge positionselling by big fund.As you can see on the volume chart.
