3D Xpoint: They need to get capacity up well over 16 GB if they want to replace Flash drives otherwise it looks like a niche performance storage for use in between memory and drives, maybe to hold the o/s in PCs. That o/s example though could be quite a market for high-performance PCs/Servers. It would also make the o/s more resilient vs normal drive failures ... it could just catch on wink
