Tuttle's motion

If you look at the chain of documents, you will see the motion was denied and Tuttle is filing for a reconsideration of the motion. Tuttle has not made any relevant new information available in the refiling, so the reconsideration will probably be denied also.

Tuttle, in his own motion mentions that there were 20+ bidders and no where is there any indication that any of the other other bidders complained about a lack of information.

One possibility is that the mines/land is so hopeless, that even without the 'insider information', the other bidders did not even bother to look more at the prospect.

The main point is that the prospect looks so bad that no one wants it since they probably would have to pour all kinds of money into it to get things going.
