This is really good news. when do you see financing
in the "pinks" or OTCBB for that matter above the
current PPS. Rarely, if ever. Typical Cornell deal
like in NEOM or MOBL is in layers at .20's. 30's,
.35's as in NEOM. Creates huge overhead an basically
snuffs any long term upward move in the PPS. Thus,
the only way to finance is to increase the AS and
as you know more dilution. This is strong IMHO
