Good luck with trying to sell. I am so glad I refused to sign the stipulation agreement and PP arranged to buy me out. I got an e-mail from Superior's latest lawyer requesting I sign the agreement. I wouldn't sign before, why would I sign now? I still think there is something going on with the stipulation agreement that I don't know. Friend has a new lawyer also maybe he can shed some light on why this agreement still has their attention.
