Depends. If the results are spectacular enough given the current known safety + data from the new 41 then a registration trial might be able to be skipped. I'll use a phrase you have used in the past, "It all depends on the data". Regardless, it is not materially important because a buyout at prices you are not willing to admit will occur if the P2B shows what it is supposed to show.
