I agree with you Dubb. I don't think Shire would necessarily stop them. I just don't think Shire would care about a Phase II PR. For Shire, an update on FDA Clinical Trials website...that's about it. What these billion dollar pharmas care about is FDA Approval = Big Revenue = Big Earnings = Big Stock Price = Happy Shareholders. Again, only my opinion.
