I hope CTIX keeps being "off" in the way it has been the past 3 years that you mention. During that time I bought my original stake for 0.99. As to Leo "allowing" Aspire to sell: Leo only controls when Aspire must buy. What Aspire does with the shares after that is completely up to Aspire.

There is something off for ctix , Leo can't move this company froward ,all he does is allow aspire to sell at a time when we need the Pps to go higher so we can up list . Also some who flip this all day are not helping but they love to give advice to the new investors . It's been this way for at least 3 years .
