Then we come to the proverbial elephant in the room – the truly devastating dilution.

Between November 2013 and November 2014, MCET's O/S count grew from 2.6 billion all the way to 4.5 billion, and in December, the company decided to raise the number of authorized shares to 10 billion. So, the dilution has been pretty catastrophic and the chances of it stopping any time soon are slim.
