What CEO includes a disclaimer in a private exchange? None is necessary unless one is disclosing non public information before it has been made public.

Does not even matter if it is a forward looking junk PR, which all the PR's of IJJP are, forward looking garbage. None of it comes true, it is all akin to telling a fantasy story to get some marks to believe.
