If a person really wants to keep shareholders updated it should also include ALL updates. If the company picks up a single hardware on some island to carry 1000+ that's news that should be posted, but when the company looses hundreds of retailers due to poor sales, such as Spartan, that should also be reported but we never hear about the retailers they lose unless it's from a shareholder that walked in to the retailer and saw the product on clearance. There is a huge difference between updates and SELECTIVE updates.
Since sales are down some 40% over the last 3 years there have OBVIOUSLY been a lot of retailers that have dropped the product so why haven't we received those updated? It's either that or consumers are just fed up with the products and have decided to buy other products. Perhaps a true update would explain the 40% drop in sales.
