You hit the nail on the head, they are waiting for the next 10-Q to come out because the CFO was asked that question directly and avoided it and refused to give out any share counts or T/A info also stated he wouldn't rule out a R/S because he will do what is best for the company, not to mention he also stated he would not release Nulief to the public now because of FDA regulations and risk the company in any way, he stated their primary focus was their vitamin powder and that is what they are focusing on.
