There has been a lot of concern over the current state of affairs for the Colorado Flower Company's and INCC's leases with respect to our land in Southern Colorado. There have been some delays due to changing laws, moratoriums, politics, water regulations, HOA's and more. But, I was notified this weekend of a pending letter from the HOA in support of our project that is approved and going before their board in a very short period of time. (I was told latest August 8, 2015, but maybe before then) I have yet to read the letter but I have spoken with the President and he affirms the support. In the letter they detail all of the particulars so that as long as we follow them we won't be hung up again in the future over small items. This is fantastic news for FutureLand as it will allow me the ability to go to the City of Walsenburg to structure a water plan. And we need this to go to the state so we can come back to the county for a CUP. This is on the heals of attorney letters sent from our group and INCC detailing how we comply with the covenants of the HOA via agricultural zoning and agri-business. As we get more information, we will share it with you.
