No I would't worry about it. Rise of AS (what managament wanted) is not necesaraly a bad thing, depends where they needed it for.

I am quite sure it was benefical owner Telestrata, LLC who filed the lawsuit, not really that they were afraid of a higher AS, but I think it is more a cat and mousse game between old and new management. In the end they will find a suitable solution as it is their both interest.
