They are still borrowing and selling convertible notes, latest filing from just 4 days ago > http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10818363

If they don't reverse split or raise the 2 Billion A/S so they can convert more shares i will be amazed and if they decide not to reverse split then they will convert and dilute it to death as they have plenty coming in 2016 to convert.

If they don't reverse split or raise the A/S count me from here on out i'll take a chance at .0001.
