Ahhh,,, At least your being honest, My Good Doctor Evil. It will in fact take an Increase in Authorized Shares in order to Dilute.

Which hasn't happened yet, nor has it been announced yet, Hence to this point there has been no Dilution. I do agree with your stated sequence of events, if it were to happen. So what your saying is that were waiting to hear that there will be an increase in AS.

I guess we shall wait and see, if your conjecture is correct.
