Ignore Block. I've worked in Bio/Pharm for the past 8 years and I've seen some dumps ---- on the outside. You go in and it's a complete transformation to a regulated environment. Clean rooms you need to "gown" up to even go in. Go in and take some pictures of the inside if you're for real. Then post those.
