I live in Vermont, will do some research on the Hemp farming taking place, get back with ya. Vermont has registrations available to those wishing to plant and harvest Hemp, seeds certifications etc. It is a Great opportunity for Vermont farmers to increase their revenues.
The only real concern is the pollen from the plant, so some precautions in where to plant and how the winds may carry the pollen, other than that. Vermont is PRO Hemp.
