JPGetty. Stay tuned my friend. Far from being dead. This is what we've been waiting for. Ticker & CUSIP have to be changed prior to reverse merger. Couldn't help but think that the NK ipo was happening faster than any I've ever seen. Little wonder. Maybe the share structure was already in place. Or maybe the parent company is ready to shock the world.

In any event KEYO is about to morph into a new company.
