An all stock acquisition of DEPO by HZNP should create a PPS for HZNP that is on steroids if it is successful. An additional six new drugs with current annual sales of $400,000,000.00 added to HZNP'S seven current drugs at no monetary cost (only share dilution to shareholders) should create a market cap for the combined company of well over Ten Billion. It appears that Mr Walbert is working overtime for HZNP shareholders.
