I guess my point is that the company may not give specific reasons for all the shares that they are asking for the way we would like.
I hope I am wrong, because like everyone else, I want to know too.
I agree 100% that policy changes are in order. I think options should only be awarded for performance as I stated in an earlier post.
Perception is reality, and officers should not be selling when the stock is struggling. This scares off new shareholders, and makes current ones nervous.
