So...JORGE files for the dividend with FINRA,gets a "receipt" and THEN a week or two later wants to FILE for a name and ticker change to SUTI?? The VERY Corporation that they told FINRA that the dividend would be paid from will have a name change?? How do you give shares to PRPM BAGHOLDERS from a Corporation that's no longer in registered or in business???

Quick answer is YOU CAN'T. But it gives Jorge plenty of time to play a STALL game,just like the same game they've been playing since last October when they announced the dividend being paid out to PRPM BAGHOLDERS soon.

Remember JORGE now RUNS both SUTI and PRPM according to the longs who own shares in one or both. Eddie just sets around twiddling his thumbs.
