ROFLMMFAO...So...it's TRUE that IF these CLOWNS of FRAUD actually DO give out those divy shares they're RESTRICTED for a YEAR??? Bawhahhahaha....what kind of BS dividend is that??? Dividends are supposed to be a REWARD to shareholders,not a PENALTY!!! But...everything is different in a Vakser FRAUD.

Thanks JORGE for putting that trading restriction on the dividend AND for deciding to do a name change right when the dividend is to be paid. Remember JORGE is running these tickers,not Eddie.

BTW...where is a copy of that paid receipt to FINRA for the dividend filing? Looked on OTC Markets,I don't see it.
