Andy was not speaking about the low end Celeron when he made his quote; he was speaking about the Pentium 4 products that need to have a certain amount in inventory in case products like Core 2 slip or something happens when they need to ship a product. This is and has been standard practice for all of Intel's history, and it's certainly an insignificant percentage of the overall product mix. Therefore, counting it as an indication of Intel's pricing strategy is dead wrong on your part.
