Seriously? They can't unload heavily discounted shares to unaccredited investors!

It doesn't take a genius to realize that a company with the goods doesn't try to dump $40M in discounted shares at this point!

Let me phrase that as a question...

If CipherLoc is the real deal, why try to dump $40M in discounted shares to unaccredited investors? Shouldn't accredited investors be lined up and pounding on the door?
