You just answered your own question, that's a big IF the sale actually occurred. We don't know what transpired on those fronts and the fact that the information the company put out is kind of vague sparks even more doubt in my mind.

As for the promoters, the same clique of characters MMG has been planting on these boards for years has been unable to produce any volume but drag a handful of unsuspecting investors into their ploy and then they get all locked in holding their bags forever. How cool is that?

Hopefully this does make more sense to you now, it's too obvious to me, I find it to be sickening.
