There are plenty of people who have gotten help, and "cured" with Rick Simpson cannabis oil. The reason that people aren't "pushing people over to get it," is because the big corporations don't want them to know about it. Why do you think one of the reasons cannabis has been illegal so long is? And, hell no big pharma doesnt want to be the ones to sell it, they dont want cures. Cures end their money game, medications and treatments keep it going.
But I'm with you on eliminating toxins and getting organic fruits and veggies in abundance, as this too, has shown to be effective against cancer, if not more so than cannabis.
