So again I will ask the research monsters about the block of un registered shares that MR SCUMBAG filed . Can anyone explain in the paperwork that was filed we see the group or person or should we say the new promo sales team which dirtbag hired who live on a golf course in MICHIGAN just days after this was announced we see this dirtbag file the papers which show the person or company that get the shares is also from MICHIGAN ??????? again is this to hard to do what was it called due diligence or will this be another thing ignored. yes we only pick what hot and going to a geek convention paying a radio guy to pump a product which is shares is the true reason this guys releases anything. HECK he gives out shares to pump this scam he gives out shares to screw common investors then he steals the shares back from the common shareholders to just give out more shares after the reverse split. ITS IN THE 10Q. Wait we wont even bring that up because we ignore the filings because thats the truth and the SEC forces Michael to put it out and no one wants to read the truth we only want to read about some geek con which has not bearing here and is only released to sell SHARES. the giving out of anti reverse shares or the filing of the un registered FORM D and to find out he still has 39900000 left to give out.
