Great research Diz, but a devastating find!

While they are having a technical production problem with soldering which should be relatively easily fixable, the technology behind the device appears to be working perfectly. They are still looking at mid-August to have units rolling off the line.

What is frightening is contained in the following paragraph (emphasis added):

A built-in, patent-pending Grid & Switch Sensor is able to determine if there's been a power failure, can then detect the on/off position of the switch the light or lamp is wired to, and will either allow a bulb to illuminate a room or leave it in the dark until someone flicks the switch.



Does this portend a potential patent dispute which Capstone can't afford?

We paid HOW MUCH to develop a switch to turn a light off which apparently is still under development?
