Net-Man....quite a few years ago, Cal had stated that their goal was to bring the company to profitability and then sell it. We haven't seen those financials yet, but I believe that should remain the goal......with Adam staying on in a similar capacity.

Today, they have the added benefit of the NOL'S as additional leverage in a sale.....to the tune of about $4 million worth alone.
