I believe in concretely phrased words. Not "We plan" or "We hope".

That's fully understandable but on the other hand:

"A little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing."

Let's just say that KBLB is in discussions with a specific company and KBLB states "we are confident that...."

Said company can view that as thinking KBLB feels they have the upper hand and walk away from the deal entirely.

Some deals have been taken off the table for less.

Erring on the side of caution is not necessarily a bad thing....

KBLB has gone back to being a tad more specific and I for one would rather know something is "in the works" than to be bombarded by those saying that KBLB is going nowhere....

To put it mildly.
