So, I played golf with a Patent Attorney today. He was in his late 50s and retired. I had never met him before today much less have ever met a patent attorney before.

When I found out....I started throwing questions his way. He laughed about the Vrn@ vs Goo? Case claiming big money and congress making it very difficult for patent litigation. I spoke for Worlds and Atvi.......after. I asked him what he thought about Susman Godfrey and Max Trebble. Immediately he said they were one of the best and Max was as well. I talked about the contingency and he told me that he was on a board for his firm about taking cases on contingency. He said that they hardly ever took a case on contingency unless it looked highly in their favor to win the case. He said that SG takes a lot more cases on contingency......but we can see their track record and that speaks for itself.

I asked about the next step for us after this positive Markman.....and if we would have a trial date set at the Next meeting. He told me to expect more Discovery.......especially after I told him that WDDD added 2 more games to the law suit. He said there would be Discovery to determine the dollar amount in questions that WDDD would be suing for.

It was a great round and I enjoyed the conversation.just thought I would share with the board. Not to beat the price down......but don't expect a trial date to be set in September.......this may take another 6 months?
