The Lieutentant, it is not water under the bridge for those who have no idea there is a test for BLTA on Tuesday that was not announced by BLTA that people were able to trade the last 3 days based on that information before everyone had that information and most still do not have that information or have been able to have that same letter in their hand.
Why will BLTA not release the information publicly that you were allowed to witness privately?
